September 24, 2018
Goodtimes yesterday, so I got to see a lot of kids. Andrew was still here yesterday, so he was with Annette when they came to drop Skyler off, and we got to visit a little bit. He's flying out today to go back to Orlando. John stayed and visited with me for a little bit, too, so now I know about Noah's game this Wednesday night. Kim's new job hasn't started yet because the old one wanted 4-weeks notice. She's at the tail end of that, though. Chris came in when he came back to get Tyler, so we visited with him for a minute. 

 Beverly and I had a little phone visit yesterday morning. 

 Had a little phone visit with Angela and Tori yesterday evening. Tori's office is thinking about changing locations to a place downtown, so she did a practice run of that yesterday. Angela's first day of training for her new job starts today. 

 Kennedy and John came to Goodtimes, so we got to visit with them. He is working at his parent's store. She's enjoying her new job at Ross and is really excited about her museum project. She showed me what she's hoping is the final draft of the poster (they keep adding things) and it looks great. 

 Morgan had dropped off a dress that she had done some work on for one of Kennedy's friends, and when Kennedy picked it up, she expressed how wonderful it was for Morgan to have done that for her. 

 Noah took out the garbage for me. We were putting something in, and he noticed it was full, and he offered to take it out. 

 Chris has heard from Shawn. 

 Faith, Michael, Daniel, Skyler, Tyler, Noah were here and played cards and swam. 

 Evan came over with Jaden at about 4:30, so Jaden got in the pool a little bit. Evan said they have him on the schedule to manage today. 

 I spent some time on Firefly's beach, picking up trash and glass, and listening to the waves. 
This size is for grown ups & idc what they say Tori. Velcro is faster anyway. Had so much extra time for fun activities while everyone else was still tying knots ðŸ˜‰

January 9 Well, we won the National Championship. In the three years that I have actually be watching football, we've come close, but never gotten it, at least I don't think so. Anyway, last night's game was stressful, but we came away with the prize, so that was good. Beth and Beverly and Morgan and I watched together in the sense that we were posting about what was going on at our house, so that was kind of fun. Saw Kim a little bit, too.  Brittany and I had a little text visit. She did start her classes back yesterday which was a little hard in the rain, and with her recent ankle surgery. January 8 Second Sunday Supper was joyous last night. Andrew seemed relaxed and started off sitting by Barry and talking about pickups and I heard him say, "I'm not sure I made the right decision," in son-asking-father tone. And then John came in and the three of them discussed the comparative pluses and minuses of various makes and models of pickups.  Kim went straight to pet Mama Cat.  When I said that Tori and Josh were still good friends, still good to each other, had just decided that they didn't have the kind of fire that takes you through all of life's troubles, I ended up looking at Kim, who was nodding as in how important that is, and I remember her saying about meeting John, "It isn't like I didn't know right when I met him that he was the one." February 10, 2018 My favorite hotdogs, on buns warmed in the toaster with just the right amount of ketchup, mustard and pickle, the hotdogs grilled in the small skillet with cheese melted over them at the very last. Perfectly delicious. Followed by Breyer's vanilla ice cream topped with Coops hot fudge sauce. A favorite meal. All by my quiet, unobserved self. And when I got the date and time set up on my elliptical, and my user profile set up, and got my iPod hooked up to it so that it will stay charged up it made my heart race. I'm so excited!!!
