January 24 My mommy likes, my clothes to match Willo moving her plate to sit by Tyler We did actually go and get Willo Tuesday night. Barry said, "That was a pretty easy thing to do." I felt less agreement about it being easy because I rushed to go get her and rushed to get her home, but I think I can tone the rushing down next time, and in any event, easy or not, I was happy that we did it. Autumn said she'd been waiting by the window, and asking if she was sure that I was going to come. She laughed and talked to Tyler the whole way home and wanted him to ride with us on the way back. When we sat at the table, she looked up at me with an expression that was kind of "I don't want to hurt your feelings," but slid it over to the side where Tyler sits, "I want to sit by Tyler."  Angela complimented Willo on her top, and said, "It matches your jacket!" January 11 I didn't spend much time in the writing shack yesterday because it was Wednesday, which is supposed to be a day that Barry and I spend together, and we were scheduled to go to the gym by 8:00 a.m. We managed to pull that off, and had a good workout together.  I went to the CAC committee meeting, and I'm not really sure what I accomplished but I did get a good idea for asking for things to put in the raffle baskets.  And then I went to Ulta and got tweezers for my new purses and foot scrubbers, etc., Lollygagged a little bit.  And then I came home and went to work, and really had a productive afternoon. I made it almost all the way through my month ends. Today's a regularly scheduled Wonderland day, and I think I can finish month end, do the 1099's, and get ready for the WC audit.  I heard Derek telling Virginia that he wanted to put a memo out re: driver's needing money from Horizon, and snippets of that conversation. February 7, 2018 Barry came in, all excited, "I think I've found us a piece of property!" And, I think he has.  Jaden is here this morning while Chelsea takes the third part of her G.E.D. He's with Papa. :-) Got to hug Angela. She said she had to spend twenty minutes look for her card, which she had put in the pocket of her other jacket, even though she never does that.  Heard back from Tori. She is going to call me tonight.  Heard from Morgan. She said that she got to have some quality time with Zak this weekend, and she was happy about that. Heard from Kennedy, and got to get hugs from her last night. She was tired --- had spent the whole day on her feet, sanding the pieces for Pensacon. Barry and I went gallavanting yesterday, which was the plan, and had a good day. We went to Shoe Station, and I have some cute new shoes, and we went to the good Asian place for lunch and I had a delicious blueberry martini, and we went to the pet store and stocked up...

February 20, 2018 Dr. Vance said everything looked fine. Beverly and I got to phone visit for about an hour yesterday. Kim sent me a text about Noah's soccer game. I had to rush a lot yesterday, but I did get through the bulk of month end and did at least get the sales tax paid, etc.  Chris waited for the bus with Tyler.  Angela sent me a good morning message. Barry said the French Toast that I made was good. 

May 1, 2018 Barry and I, sitting at the dining room table, both on our laptops looking at KCBS things. We cleaned up the kitchen together and then started on the three events we'd heard back from and my bathroom alarm went off before we were finished. It was a nice way to spend the evening. I got to visit with Beverly for a little bit.  Had a little Facebook chat conversation with Brittany. --- about her workouts and races. She had lots of ice packs going on, but she said it will be worth it. 

April 25, 2018 Barry spent all day yesterday down at the bay property. He had to fix a broken water line, and he made us a better path to the beach. He met with lady from the power company and made some calls to the county and the state about cleaning up our ditch and fixing the road, etc. He got home about 4:15 and after we caught up, he said, "I know I've been at the property all day, but I know you haven't been for a couple of days. We can ride back down there and get some supper at Pelican Reef."  I did want to ride and see the new beach access. I was pretty hungry but he'd just had a snack, so there wasn't a mutually perfect order for dinner / visit to the property until he suggested that we could stop by Chevron and get a snack. Turned out, they had some dinners, reduced because it was after five. We got our supper and two bottles of water for less than $10.00 and ate in the pickup, overlooking the bay.  I got to have a nice writing shack afternoo...

July 11, 2018 Well, I'm home. Barry was really happy to see me yesterday, and still happy this morning. Morning hug, when I asked him how he was doing, he said, "I'm good now. My girlfriend's home." I said, "We were meant to be together, weren't we?" And he said, "Yes, we were."  I thought I heard a stirring the driveway and immediately thought that maybe it was Angela's car, but of course it is not. She had sent me text messages every morning, or had tried, her phone didn't send them, but she told me about them when we talked last night. "I didn't want you to think I had forgotten about our morning hugs," she said.  She said that she sent in one resume just because it would be so much fun.... diving with manatees. And another one at a zoo. She sounded really excited.  The Vero visits were nice, although I really only spent time with Kim and Johnny and with Milt and Sandy. I did get to make three trips to down...
